Who I Am
And How I Can Help

I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in Nutrition from Penn State University, and have over 10 years experience working with individuals who are struggling with eating disorders.

In the Summer of 2009, I relocated to Fort Collins from North Carolina with my family. In North Carolina, I had a successful private practice specializing in eating disorders and taught nutrition courses at East Carolina University. I am excited to be a part of the vibrant community of Fort Collins and relish the outdoor activities Northern Colorado has to offer.
